Terms

Check In/Out
Our check in time is 2:00pm. Our check out time is 10:00am.
(We can be flexible on these times if made by prior arrangement)

Deposit
We require a deposit of (AUD) $300.00 to be paid on confirmation of your booking.

Payment
Credit card details (which are supplied as a form of surety) will be charged for the full amount of the stay the day prior to arrival. Unless you specify that you wish to settle your account by cash.

Power/Gas/Water
Are all included in the rates as described.

Telephone
A telephone is available and connected. Calls will be debited from your bond on departure.

Cleaning
We require the accommodation to be presented back to us in a clean and tidy state. We do provide all cleaning items, vacuum cleaner etc. Should the accommodation not be left in this manner, an additional cleaning charge of $40.00 per hour will be made to your credit card.

Smoking
Please be aware that the accommodation is non-smoking. (Smoking on balconies is permitted)

Pets
Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.

Damage/Insurance
It is expected that any damage or breakages (aside from general wear and tear) will be paid for in full. Whilst all properties are insured, the level of cover does not extend to guests personal effects. Therefore we recommend you investigate some form of travel insurance.

Cancellations
Bonds are non refundable if bookings are cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Disclaimer
The apartment is rented and occupied at the sole risk of the tenant. Coast Accommodation, its directors, employees and/or agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to property or any other claim whatsoever arising out of the rental or occupancy of the apartment.
